Meet the Owner

Hello and thank you for considering us to partake in your special event. My name is Deborah Trout-Kolb, owner of Tulips Floral Design in Westbrook, CT.  I started my floristry career in 1992 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After moving to Connecticut, I then started Tulips Floral Design in 2004.

My team and I specialize in creating the most beautiful wedding and event floral designs for your special day. We provide our clients with the highest level of detail ensuring that your event is stunning just like you imagine it to be.

Our job is to make your dreams come true. Our talented team of desingers have been designing weddings and events for over thirty years.  We pride ourselves in our work and the floral art we create.  We look forward to making your day very special!
